The Unknown Land--Painted from vague memories of places I've traveled or places I wish that I have explored.  My abstracted landscapes refrain from rigidly adhering to any fixed landscape, acknowledging the perpetual flux of nature.  Through abstract strokes and textural elements, they capture the essence of the environment, distilling the depicted objects and surroundings to their core elements.
